This one's for Kent

I have made so many different types of pancakes, most of the them are from scratch. But there I was in this  store, that I haven't been in for years and what did I see??? A box of pancake mix that I remember from my youth. I don't buy mixes anymore as they taste like cardboard. But for nostalgic reasons, I bought the box and made some up today. Yep, they were as good as when dad made them! Light and fluffy! So these are for my brother, Kent. Enjoy!!!
